Program purpose and message types
Primo’s Junk Removal LLC sends conversational, non-marketing customer-care text messages only to customers who voluntarily opt in. Message types may include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and scheduling, arrival and service updates, reminders, service-related questions, and customer-support messages.
Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. We do not use purchased, rented, or affiliate lead lists for this messaging program.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. This SMS program is only for users who are at least 18 years old. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, typically one to five messages per inquiry or appointment. Additional messages may be exchanged when a customer continues the conversation or requests further support.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s messaging and data terms apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We may send one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
